1. When will my order be delivered?

We usually deliver within 5-9 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping cart page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

3. Returns Policy

At we have a ‘no questions asked return and refund policy’ which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the Site to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. This excludes items purchased on sale or using a promotional discount code. The sale Items (Items with discount > 10%) cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a different article within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount will be credited back to your Bagsy Malone account as a voucher or credit points. Such credit shall be available and may be used to pay any subsequent invoice. Bagsy Malone points cannot be availed as cash.

In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. This must be notified to us via email and the Product must be shipped back to us and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. If the product has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.

In case of missing bank details, four weeks after refund initiation the customer will be granted points. However, if Bank details are provided the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within eight weeks of refund initiation.

4. Some additional guidelines:
  • Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use. 
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). Goods must not be damaged after the delivery. For all returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.  The Original bill of the Product must be returned along with the Product.
  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.

  • Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5. What can I return?

You can return any product ordered from within 7 days of delivery. In case of items with manufacturing defects, you can return products within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.

Please Note: The no-questions-asked return policy is not valid on items that are on sale. These can only be returned due to manufacturing or defect/negligence on our part.

6. How do I return products to Bagsy Malone?

To initiate a return, please email us at or call us at 011 41027884. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, warranty card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account. 

For a repair of a product purchased on the Bagsy Malone website, please send the product along with the guarantee card (filled in) and a printed copy of the bill. The product will be repaired without any extra charge if it is within the warranty period. On expiry of the warranty period, you will be charged an amount depending on the nature of the work involved. 

Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for shipping charges. We also strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.

  • After shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update customer care on 011-41027884 or email us the tracking info on, so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
  • The shipping charge is non-refundable.
7. Where do I send my return?

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Bagsy Malone order # in cases of both pickup and self shipping; please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

8. How long will the entire process take?

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.

9. Do I get charged for returning products?

You are required to ship your returns to us yourself to "The Customer Support Desk". Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

10. How will I be refunded for the return?

Bagsy Malone offers 2 options, on successfully processing the return –
  • For COD orders - The refund amount would be credited to your Bagsy Malone account as a voucher or credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on
  • For Prepaid orders - The refund amount is credited back by the same mode as the initial mode of payment, while at the time of placing the order at This will take 4 weeks from the date of return initiation.

11. Can I request delivery to an international shipping address?

At the moment, only delivers within India.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.(Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be pushed back into the user's account in case of cancellation by Company).
As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been dispatched by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Company holds discretionary right to refund the amount as customer points/check or bank refund. Bagsy Malone points cannot be availed as cash. Orders can only be refunded in the mode used at the time of purchase. In the event of cancellation of order by the customer, Company holds the right to not refund the voucher, if any used against such order.
